High altitude homemade cinnamon swirl bread

This is just a variation of my homemade bread recipe, and it absolutely great for french toast.

  1. For each loaf:
  • 1 egg white, beaten
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  1. When rolling out the bread before shaping, roll the bread as long as you can (to get more swirls).

  2. Cover the rolled bread dough with the beaten egg white, then spread the cinnamon sugar over the top, roll the loaf up and place in loaf pan.

  3. Follow the directions in the above recipe for rising/baking the bread.
